We just wanted to thank Shaun. Our thermocouple went out on a Friday night
after 10:00 p.m. during freezing temps. We called Shaun, he did not have the
part in his truck. He went to another technicians truck (25 minutes away)to
get the part. He was done in under an hour. He could have easily overcharged
us, but he fixed our furnace for a reasonable amount, answered all my husbands
Questions and took care of our family. We are grateful to him and know that we
will come back to your company for our future needs. Thanks for the great
customer service, which is a dying art these days. Please let Shaun know how
Grateful we are to him.

Rick called me right away, and passed my info on to the tech. The tech, Shawn, was fantastic, and it took three hours between troubleshooting and getting a part, but it is fixed. Total cost: $390.00. He refilled the a.c. with freon, recharged the system, tightened up a leak, sprayed stuff to check for leaks in two weeks (next week some time) and installed a new motor in our ac/heater unit. So far, it is still working.
 
Excellent Service by Charlie - 03/07/2009
 Inducer motor failed on my furnace late Thursday afternoon on March 4, 2010. Called Select Comfort and Shaun found the correct part within minutes and arranged a service appointment the next day. The repairman did an excellent job in a minimal amount of time. I commend Select Comfort on their excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone.
